Existing Patients that Have Questions or Need to Schedule an Appointment

  • Online - MDLIVE Messaging is the best way to reach me - mdlive.com or the App

  • Online - Schedule an Open Appointment -  mdlive.com or the App - please note I may have additional openings since I hold appointments for existing patients before opening them up for new patients.

  • Via Phone - MDLIVE Customer Service 1-800-400-6354 - If you prefer to call, this is the best number, if they cannot directly assist you, they can have me call you back.

  • Please note if you are an existing patient, per MDLIVE policy, I can only respond within the MDLIVE phone or messaging system. Please do not call my direct number as that is only for new patients.

Steps to Schedule an Appointment Online

  • Go to MDLIVE.com

  • Select "Create My Account" this will also allow you to check your insurance coverage

  • Since you can manage your own account and that of your dependents, select who you want to schedule the appointment for (please note I do not see minor patients, but other providers do)

  • To make an appointment with me select "Therapist." If you need a medication evaluation, select the option for "Psychiatrist" (please note I cannot prescribe medication).

  • Select the reason for your visit. If you do not see it, you can search for it in the box at the bottom. We can talk about it in more detail, so if you cannot find the perfect reason(s) that is okay.

  • Providers are listed by who has the first availability. If you want to find my listing more quickly, you can use the "Search for Provider" box. Please feel free to schedule with another provider if that is best for you given their schedule or specialty areas.

  • Often I have open appointments within a week or two. If I do not have any openings listed for the next several days, you can click "request an appointment." Generally, as the week progresses I start opening up sessions for the next week, so please feel free to request an appointment and we can try to get it scheduled. Please note later appointments fill up quickly and may not be available. Currently, I see patients Monday through Friday only.
