About Me

I strive to empower clients, so that they can reach their highest potential. I want to really listen to you, so that I can understand your goals and beliefs in order to best help you. I create a safe supportive non-judgmental environment for you to share your experiences and to help us find the solutions that you are looking for.

I have felt honored to be able to work with my clients and share in their journey. I have a collaborative approach that includes considering your cultural identity and beliefs including race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, religion, spirituality, and anything else that is part of who you are and how you identify.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree with a focus in Mental Health Counseling. In 2013, I became a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, which allows me to practice independently without supervision. I complete continuing education classes to keep up to date with the latest developments and research.

The importance of the counseling relationship is highlighted by both clients and research. Therefore, if you want to know more about my professional qualifications and counseling approach, please feel free to reach out. I value your time, so I am happy to have a brief discussion to determine if I would be the best option for you given your current goals.
